When we were in B&V Marine doing the boat work for our sailboat, we had a Malaysian neighbour named Jai who bought a cute Cape Dory 30. Over the months we got to know Jai and eventually he adopted our cat Skye. We launched our boat first and a couple of months later, Jai was ready to launch Cascadia. He asked if we would join him for SPLASH DAY and we jumped at the chance to repeat the process and learn again.

Every boat’s launch day is different and this one had a couple of issues that eventually got resolved.
